We are excited to announce the dates for the SERAI summer conference at the STEM conference centre in York. The Conference will be held over three days, from the 14th to the 16th of July, with plenary and keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops and exhibitions to bring teachers, academics and industry together to explore how best to bring technology to the classroom and prepare students and adults alike for the workplace of 2030.
Organised by the SERAS network of over 15 UK universities, STEM Learning, the Open University and the Institute of Coding, the SERAI conference for Skills and Education for Robotics, AI and IoT will harness the latest academic research into technology skills provision and industrial expertise to help teachers integrate 4IR technologies into the curriculum and create learning pathways to careers in technology. Participants will discover how best to utilise robotics, AI and IoT in their teaching and how best to prepare the population of the UK for working alongside the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
If you would like to submit a paper for the conference, please see details here.
If you are interested in applying for a bursary to help fund your attendance of the event, please see this page.
Looking forward to seeing you in July!
